SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What is the delivery time and shipping method?
Please expect a delivery time of 4 weeks for all custom made orders.
Our main delivery method is via FDM Couriers. Please nominate an address that you will be present at for most of the time so we can assure that the package is delivered to you in person.
We will email you a tracking number when your order has left our warehouse in an automated email and the tracking number will look something like "ES00100945" and can be tracked on their website www.fdm.com.au or by calling Customer Service on 02 8882 0400 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are not home at the time of delivery the package will be left in a safe place.

PO Box Delivery
We can deliver to P.O. Boxes within Australia, this will be automatically identified by our warehouse team when your order comes through, so you can still select the shipping method of 'FDM Couriers' and they will know to book the delivery through the post network.
If you would like to make a purchase from outside of Australia please contact us email@example.com with a list of the products you would like to purchase and we will obtain a quote for the freight costs.
If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact FDM by calling Customer Service on 02 8882 0400 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and please quote the tracking number.
We do not accept returns for 'change of mind' purchases. We will only accept a product return if it is faulty, damaged in transit or the incorrect item was sent by mistake and it was not what you ordered. If this is the case, please contact us directly at email@example.com and we will send instructions for what to do next.
